Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Window: Products must be unused, sealed, and reported within 7 days. Damaged or wrong items are also eligible.

2. Non-Returnable: Opened, used, digital goods, MLM kits, or final sale items cannot be returned.

3. Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection. Shipping/MLM fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy: Only allowed for defective or damaged products of the same type.

5. Note: Refund misuse may lead to bonus/commission reversal or account suspension.
